We operate a strict No Returns and No Refunds policy on all skincare and digital products. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for any opened, used, or unsealed items. This includes creams, oils, balms, and any product that has been opened after delivery.

Under UK law, customers are entitled to a refund only if a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described. In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of the issue so we can resolve it.
